How accurate are the birth chart calculations?

VedicsAstro uses sidereal (Lahiri ayanamsa) calculations cross-checked against professional ephemeris data, accurate to within a fraction of a degree.

Do I need my exact birth time?

For the ascendant and house placements an accurate birth time matters. Even an approximate time still gives useful planetary and Moon-sign (Rashi) insights.

What is the difference between Sun sign and Moon sign?

Western astrology uses the Sun sign; Vedic Jyotish primarily uses the Moon sign (Janma Rashi) and the ascendant (Lagna), which change far more often and are considered more personal.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Ask within 7 days of paying for a plan and we refund the full amount. Plans never renew automatically. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy page for details.

Is my data private?

Your birth details and readings are never shared or sold. To have your account and data deleted, write to us from the Contact page.
