Background
Moleosophy is fortune-telling based on observing bodily marks, mainly moles (melanocytic nevi). Indian Samudrika lore includes similar mark-reading.
How it works
The location, size and colour of a mole are matched with a traditional chart of meanings.
Notes and limits
Safety: A mole that changes in size, shape or colour, bleeds or itches should be checked by a doctor. Do not interpret it — get it examined.
